not exactly the same as the writer has changed from 二月 to 第一

 

 

 

1.is the 8th character 輪 = wheel or 輸 = lose ?

 

 

2.whats the translation of this poem?  "Who can become wealthy , would not be luxurious , XXXXXXXX "

I read 石 instead of 不

For the rest I'm stuck on the same characters that you are. I vote for 繁 too. The strokes make sense.
