Quite true but English and German alike need an object after the verb, which Chinese doesn't (in this particular case at least).

 

So actually this sentence can have a lot of meanings, including "God bless me", but also "God bless you", "God bless them", etc etc.

Whom God should bless is not clearly expressed in there, so let's just assume God should bless everybody in the first place, so that everyone can be happy. Quit keeping God's blessings for yourself and share a little, benin.
