CSC scholarship documents

Hi,

 

I got a CSC scholarship from Shanghai Jiaotong University with the university as the recommending institution. They sent me a package with JW201 and admission notice and the CSC number is on the JW201 and admission notice (and it says full scholarship on both forms). Is this all I need? Or should I expect to receive a separate package from the CSC as well with more information about the scholarship? (the reason I ask in particular is cause I moved address and new tenant 'accidentally' threw out some of my mail)
