CIS Scholarship: What to do about this “推荐机构择优确认中” as my status

Hello!

 

I applied for the Confucius Institute Scholarship and got this “推荐机构择优确认中” as my status. My home University said that they emailed Hanban to recommend me since they had trouble with the login. But my status has been this “推荐机构择优确认中”  since July. Its like Ive been recommended, but not officially! :wall
 

 What can I do to change it?
