help with RC car schematic translation, just a few words missing

Hey friends cand anyone translate the missing words? the most important are 5, 6 and  7, I ve been able to translate some of them  based on the schematics drawings i hope they re good.

7: 电X开关／灯光开关

10 looks to me like V - 总开关1?, CD - 充电输入, K - 总开关2?
