大块头 Posted August 13, 2016 at 03:18 AM Report Posted August 13, 2016 at 03:18 AM My mom bought the pictured ivory amulet from a friendship store in the 1980s. I'm having a bit of trouble puzzling out the inscription and tag. Tag 西安市文物商店 编号:2046 时代:60年 名称:象牙挑形人 售价:100元 备注:物? Inscription 春軒? Could anybody here fill in the gaps? What does the name mean? Quote
anonymoose Posted August 13, 2016 at 08:13 AM Report Posted August 13, 2016 at 08:13 AM You've got a character wrong in the name. It should be 象牙桃形人. Also, it's a product description more than a name. It just means ivory peach shaped person, presumably meaning the pendant is peach shaped, and has a person inscribed on it. The unknown character is 佩 meaning pendant. 1 Quote
