Not sure about transferring credits, you need to hear from someone in the know. Quote

There are courses from many of the top universities and collages. I think you would have to approach the university itself to find out about degree courses. I thought that you could use the edx and coursera sites to see what online universities there are and maybe how to contact them. Quote
