Teaching English in Shenzhen and Other Cities - Stricter Requirements?

In Beijing things are stricter but only in the sense that the requirements more often actually stuck to, rather than being bent to allow potential teachers jobs. Then again, even in BJ if the school or agent has good connections they can probably get round or bend some requirements.

It's likely the same in the cities you mention.
