Captcha is impossible :)

Hey,

 

I'd like to report that for me, the current captcha is impossible. I tried like 20 times (seriously) when creating account and I never had it correct. For now I created account with Twitter (yay) but I'd like to login with username/password and one of the answers from admin here recommends to "Reset my password" to set it up.

 

Well, there's captcha there too I've tried like 5 times and failed.

 

Is captcha case-sensitive? I've tried with case-sensitive too tho and still failed.

 

In general - if spammer bots can solve current captcha, I'd like one for myself as I cannot do it

Have turned that off for now, we'll see how flooded with spam we get...

For reference, there was a marked increase in spam in the mod queue this morning.

I feel it's good to have one, just... a bit simpler? How about recaptcha?

 

Ps. Looking at the screen I took, I see I made simple mistake taping captcha :o Ignore it

Just a note to say I've re-enabled captcha.  The moderation queue was filling up with spam.
