beijingbooty Posted July 25, 2005 at 11:40 PM Report Posted July 25, 2005 at 11:40 PM One of my favourite foods is "yang rou chuan" (lamb kebabs). Cooked Uyghur style. You can find them all over the place in Bejing. That spicy, charcoally smell just blows me away. So what I would like is to find a hard core restaruant that speciliazes in this sort of food. Anyone know of a good one in Bejing for when I visit in October ? Thanks guys. Quote
laohu489 Posted July 26, 2005 at 03:20 AM Report Posted July 26, 2005 at 03:20 AM Just go to the Xinjiang Business Bureau, they have several restaurants that should be to your liking. It's where the Uygr's go to eat. It is on 三里河路 just south of the zoo. There are other ones that you will find in the "That's Beijing". Quote
