Hi Guys,

 

I am studying at Shanghai JiaoTong University. I got scholarship from university - type B, which is not big enough to cover my tuition in next year.

 

I was wondering whether I can apply for government scholarship which would be enough to cover my tuition.

 

Do you have any idea how to deal with it?
