Can someone help me identify this dialect?

I thought this might be Korean, so I asked my Chinese friend who knows Korean as well. She says it's indeed Chinese but can not tell which dialect.

I don't understand it either, but if it is indeed by Go$h, as indicated in the title, then a quick Youtube search suggests that it's Chongqingnese.

@Lu I searched for GO$H, but it seems to be a production company rather than the actual act. There are two different videos which are have "GO$H" in them, but they show two different artists, namely (1) Gai and (2) C.S.A. 

 

Do we have any Chongqing speakers here to confirm if it's Chongqingese?

I also think it can be 重庆话, my gf is from Chongqing and I have been there for some time. I didn't learn the dialect yet but I can recognize some things like 这个 that sounds like "lego"  and 是吗? that sounds like "shmaha"  . It means: "is it?" Normally they say:"是吗?" and the answer is "对头", an alternative way to say "对".

Well it's true that if you listen to it without paying attention it may even sound Korean also due to the style  but I think it's Chinese and likely Chongqingese.
