This is basically an advertisement for a singles(music) CD that says that this character, Miss Ophelia, who originally was featured in a game/anime of the title 《向左鑽，向右鑽》, is now featured singing in this singles track CD. It's followed by a biography of this fictional character Ophelia, who is known for her role in a fictional TV series Enter Left, Enter Right. All of which is nonsensical outside the comic book/fantasy game where you found this advertisement. And the wording makes it pretty clear that this is a parody.
