Tried using some online translators but they all say different things.

The inset text in panel 3 looks like it's still in Japanese, but for the rest of it, I strained my eyes and gave it a shot.

Somebody else can probably translate it in a way that sounds better, apologies if I made any errors.

 

Panel 2

A: …谢谢…我最喜欢…你们两个了

真的……

B: 呼呼

 

A: Thanks... my favourites.. are the two of you...really... (I always liked the two of you best.. really..)

B: (laughing)

 

 

Panel 3

B: 啊 但是

切君可是我得啊

 

B: Ah.. but...切君 is mine~ (this is said rather emphatically)

 

切君 is a japanese name, it should refer to a boy character. (君 is the japanese -kun)

 

 

Panel 4

A: 没关系…没关系的

 

A: That's alright.. that's alright
