How would you say this message in a formal way. ----------------------------------------------- Public notice: The Wechat messenger app has been blocked since January. Unfortunately Wechat was banned due to Security & Terrorism Fears by the government. This meant users in this country have not been able to use the App for several months. However thankfully after a public outcry, the government has now reversed the decision, and the ban has been lifted. Normal service resumed since 18th Of April. ---------------------------------------------- If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.
