Uncanny Chinese strings in Details pane of a font file

OCR couldn't pick them up perfectly off a screenshot.  Windows Explorer doesn't let the user edit or even copy them so it took a hour of googling to find a PowerShell script that could export the attributes.  Do they mean anything or could they be corrupt?

Ooh never mind, I found in EditPad Lite the ASCII became encoded in UTF-16 big endian.

Those are luanma. Something has gone wrong in the encoding, or possibly in the OCR-ing. The characters as they are visible now are meaningless.

 

Perhaps you can post the screenshot here, it looks like it should take about a minute for someone who knows Chinese to type it up.
