New Members foxvicki Posted June 15, 2017 at 04:11 AM New Members Report Posted June 15, 2017 at 04:11 AM Need Visa Information. I am currently teaching English in Jiangsu Province. I have been here for two years. I have a Z visa. FEC. My visa and my contract with current employer ends the 26th of August. I have been hired and signed a contract for a new job in Shanghai .I will not need a FEC visa just an AEP. What is the best way to handle this? Trying to deal with this now, as I know it takes time. Any advice or information would be appreciated. Quote
MangoESL Posted June 30, 2017 at 11:22 PM Report Posted June 30, 2017 at 11:22 PM @BenHarris If your company has been registered with the PSB for at least 2 years: FWP (A): 5 Years FWP (B): 2 Years Otherwise: 1 Year That's roughly how I've seen it. Additionally I know the FWP (A) can be valid for 5 years, but I'm not sure if they can get a visa for that long to match it. But never longer than your contract. This is of course just looking at work visas, not the green card or family visas which I'm not so familiar with. 1 Quote
