Can someone please translate what this tattoo sayss

The time stamp is of the time the screenshot was made, I don't think it says anything about when the actual picture was taken. But I agree that the tattoo in the image looks new (somehow the tattoos I see on the internet are always new...) Perhaps because the tattoo got a little blurry over time and this was the clearest picture Stephanie had of it.

This picture is the only picture I have where you can actually see it clear it was taken when i had juat got the tattoo and I had it on my facebook acount, because it has faded out with the years ,and supposably it was supposed to say something that described me in chinese.

It looks like it's meant to be Stephanie, but...

1) It's badly drawn - bit of the characters are in the wrong place, or in the wrong proportion

2) It's missing a final character

Also I bet it never actually happened. This might be the origin, but I wouldn't be surprised if it goes further back.

It's much older. I don't remember when I first saw it, but it was well before 2016. Nice that someone filmed it though.

And I fully believe it's fake, but it's still funny.
