Tips on HSKK Intermediate Open Ended Questions?

I understand that you get 10 minutes to prep for 4 responses and 2 minutes to deliver your responses to each question.  How much of an answer is required?  Do we need to fill up the 2 minutes or provide a 2-3 sentence description for the pictures and 2-3 sentence answer to the discussion question？

 

Does anyone have a sample of what a "good" response would be to a prompt or an image?
