Best Chinese Names - typos or not?

The book "Best Chinese Names" gives examples of sibling's names that form a word or phrase when put together.

For instance:

刘阳春 刘白雪 (阳春白雪)
刘安家 刘立业 (安家立业)

But oddly enough, in these two examples, the characters don't match:

李仁重 李道远 (任重道远)
赵锦秀 赵河山 (锦绣河山)

Are these typos, or is it common for the characters to be altered when creating names for children this way?

Yes, the words or phrases seem to be correctly written, but why do the names have different characters?

Here is another one:

杨天平 杨之平 杨娇平 (天之骄)

Would it be odd to have 骄 in a name, so people would replace it with 娇, or is it just a typo?

Not typos. Some characters are better for names than others, but despite the substitution, the allusion remains intact.
