@agines124 When you ask for a translation, it’s helpful if you provide a couple things:

 

- Where you got the text from, and any context if there is any (whatever came before or after this)

- What your best guess for what it means is

I've seen 笑一笑、少一少 meaning something like "laughing makes you younger" so I suppose  恼一恼、老一老  will mean the opposite, "anger/temper makes you older/ages you". Then you just need to knock it up into a handy rhyming couplet
