Just checking whether my sentence structures are okay and if I've made any mistakes

I am a learner myself so take what I say with a grain of salt.

There’s some tone mistakes and some weird sentences.

二姐 should be fourth tone on the 二. In fact you make the same mistake every time you use 二.

I would go with 我两个姐姐 rather than 我的.

我喜欢做很多爱好 will not make sense to a  Chinese speaker. You should say 我有很多爱好

我周末 here implies that THIS weekend you will play with your friends. If you want to say every weekend or most weekends you need to specify that

我去跑步 - make sure 去 is forth tone. And this whole sentence needs to be changed. You need some verbs in there. You can’t just say “and basketball” and “at gym”, the 与朋友 is also in the wrong place.

Next sentence doesn’t seem to have a grammar problem but it sounds very weird and unnatural to me. I would say something like 我喜欢跟家人一起看电影. Also you got the wrong tones on 电影. 影 is 3rd tone. And be sure to make sure 一起的一 is a fourth not first tone.

The word for TV drama is 电视剧. And I think you should say 我们最喜欢看电视剧

You can’t say 谢谢你的听, you need to say something like 谢谢你听我说这些话

While it's pronounced with a fourth tone, it's written with a first tone.

@Publius, pinyin is indeed for learners, but from the content of the first post, it's abundantly clear that OP is in fact a learner. I'm sure characters will come later in OP's studies.

But if you are going to write in Pinyin -- and I agree you should break yourself of the habit as quickly as possible -- then you do need to segment properly.

wǒ bàba, māma dōu liù shí [liùshí] suì.

wǒ xǐhuān tīngyīnyuè [tīng yīnyuè]

And to make your text readable, follow these rules for capitalization and such:

http://pinyin.info/readings/zyg/rules.html#x4.9

I don't know the rule on using the enumeration comma in Pinyin, but I think you should use it to develop the right habit. So make that:

Wǒ bàba、māma dōu liùshí suì.
