I'm looking for recommendations on Simplified Mandarin media for use with anki/sub2srs.

Specifically beginner stuff, potentially anime?

As far as I know, most Chinese media don't have soft subtitles (text files containing the subtitles).

Most have hard subtitles (Chinese subtitles in video format).

If someone knows of a source for Chinese videos with soft subtitles, I'm interested.

I am not familiar with sub2srs. Do you need to have an English translation along with the Chinese text?

Someone posted a bunch of Western series anki files a while ago, some of which I reuploaded here:

But I remember trying one of those (quite some time ago) and the English and Chinese text went out of sync after the first few cards.

Anyway you can always try them and see for yourself whether you find them useful.
