You'd normally have to make a health declaration for the visa application and for some visa types have a medical. Where are you going, what visa, how long for, etc? Quote

The visa form does (it asks if you have infectious diseases, and if so asks you to provide details). As for what happens, based on historical precedence, it is likely you will be denied a visa.
