Im travelling to  China, I m hiv positive. I have a question  Do I have to declare my status? I read that the arriving/exit  forma ask specific if  you are HIV positive. What is going to happen?

Can you tell us more about what you're doing? You'd normally have to make a health declaration for the visa application and for some visa types have a medical. Where are you going, what visa, how long for, etc?

The arrival form doesn't ask.  The visa form does (it asks if you have infectious diseases, and if so asks you to provide details).

As for what happens, based on historical precedence, it is likely you will be denied a visa.  See:
