As we say here over and again, you've got a much better chance of getting a useful answer if you provide the context, and not just a guessing-game of a keyhole shot. Not to mention straight-on views, not angled ones.

One problem with newcomers and moderation is that they may not know where to find their own threads, since they don't appear immediately. Perhaps some sort of notification might help. Unfortunately I always forget to summon the OP.
