Could you please help with following sentence?

 

她刚到公司就听到几个女同事一直在说芳芳

 

I understand it as: ... several colleagues were talking about Fang Fang.

 

I have doubt about this "about". What would be the sentence with the meaning: ... several colleagues were talking to Fang Fang.

In theory your sentence could also mean that she heard the colleagues lecturing Fangfang about something but the meaning with 'about' works.

To change the sentence to instead give the meaning "several colleagues were talking to Fang Fang" you can alter it to:

 

她刚到公司就听到几个女同事一直在跟芳芳说话

 

That will give the meaning you want.
