So it's a Japanese ukiyo-e (浮世絵) work done by Chōbunsai Eishi (鳥文斎栄之). 圖 (written 図 after the script reform) means 'drawing; picture; diagram; figure; illustration; chart; graph'. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
