Lu Posted December 8, 2017 at 08:55 AM Report Share Posted December 8, 2017 at 08:55 AM Please tell us a little about this vase. Where did you get it? What do you know about it? And what do you need?
889 Posted December 8, 2017 at 09:24 AM Report Share Posted December 8, 2017 at 09:24 AM As usual on a piece like this, your vase is decorated with classical Chinese poetry: two verses by the Song poet 王安石 Wang Anshi and one by the Qing poet 陈维崧 Chen Weisong. Translating poetry is quite a skill, and time-consuming even if I could do it. But a translation app may give you a sense of these poems. http://www.wenyanhanyu.com/yongjushi/14929.html https://baike.baidu.com/item/咏竹/8098139 http://www.360doc.com/content/15/1224/21/4299739_522884703.shtml You might also be able to find English translations of these on the web. 1
