Need help finding the name of an old chinese movie from a clip

It is very interesting for me, what movie is this Clip, I saw that movie during a tv scrawl at my tv many years ago, but then i found it again surfaceing on the internet, so aside from the movie name, i hope you can help me find the name of the actor and the actress, i think i know their names but i forgot.

 

I know it might be hard to figure out which movie is, but I would be grateful if anyone could tell me the name of this movie, the actor and the actress.

I know this film. It is The Criminal Invesgator:  A Romantic Story of an ambitious hero also called Predestination. I tanslate it by myself, so I'm not quite sure it is accurate. Its Chines name is

《o记实录之枭情》or 《今生缘未了》.It is a Hongkong movie shot in1995. The actor is 欧瑞伟(Au Sui Wai), also the director and action director. The actess is 庄静而（Ching Yee Chong.

 

Because the movie is old， I took much time to search. Hope it can help you.
