I heard this song on the radio, immediately shazamed it and got the above details. As far as I can make out, it's a cover and I like it far better than the original.

 

Is there an album from which it comes from? Or is that the album itself on the webpage?

I thought it was but to the right of the webpage is the album name and list of songs. The song is not on that list. Hence, unsure.

I always put the song title into 虾米音乐 app and it will find the album artist etc. That way you can just listen to the album directly should you wish.
