imron Posted January 10, 2018 at 01:02 PM Report Posted January 10, 2018 at 01:02 PM There are no high quality, simplified, Kaishu fonts containing a large number of characters that are legally free to download that I am aware of (for people who are about to suggest the Arphic fonts, please see characters in that font like 草 and 起 for why it doesn't fit the bill). There are likely many places to illegally download such fonts, but as per the site's Terms and Conditions we don't condone piracy of that sort of material. 1 1 Quote

imron Posted January 11, 2018 at 07:16 PM Report Posted January 11, 2018 at 07:16 PM Without actually downloading them to check, I'd say the first is FangSong not Kai (and appears to be based on Traditional rather than simplified), and the second two are Traditional and not Simplified. Thus failing the criteria the OP is looking for. Even if a traditional-based font contains simplified characters, there will be many characters that are the same in both sets and these characters are sometimes written slightly differently in places that use simplified vs places that use Traditional, and a traditional based font will favour the Traditional way of writing them (see above regarding 草，起 etc) Quote
