it is possible change test center location?

hello there. 

1st time me and a friend were going to try the hsk1 exam

when chosing the exam center, my friend accidentaly chose other test center that isnt the one nearest for us. 

i didnt completed the registration because my teacher phone me (they were together talking about exam) to ask me if i was allready registred but i was in the middle of the registration and didnt continue. guess i will wait 1 or 2 more days.

does anyone knows if she can cancels the exam registration and chose the correct place or she can register for both places or ask to transfer the registration to the nearest place?

Did you friend pay the test fee?

if the fee is not yet paid, then I suggest that your friend register a second time in the closest test center.

And of course, pay the registration fee only to the closest test center.

as far as i know, apparently his mom didnt made the bank transfer. and she ended up texting me later that she did the registration correclty this time.

How does the chinesetest.cn website allow/expect you to pay for registration?  Is it only by international bank transfer?
