Slip of paper found in jacket

I found this little slip of paper in a jacket I bought and I was wondering what it said. My friend (who’s from China) couldn’t read the handwriting very well, so any info would be greatly appreciated!

p.s. - she said the word “left sleeve” was in there somewhere so that’s a start?

That's the top line, which looks to me to say 左袖断线 - broken thread in left sleeve

Then below is something abut a patch of the wool on the right ?? at a guess - can only make out a couple of the characters and might be parsing those wrong!

Looks like a note to a tailor?
