I have been trying to finish my application for the China Scholarship Council and the site is not longer working. Ever since Friday morning (March 2nd) the entire website has been down with a notification that the server IP address could not be found. The application is due this Tuesday (March 6th) and I am worried that the site will not start working again before then. I have tried reaching the site through Google chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari to see if that was the problem but they all give me the same result. Someone please help! 1 Quote
