Chinese language assistanse needed / Lenovo tab reset

I have a Lenovo tablet which needs factory reset. Here is an image of the screen I get when entering safe boot.

Which options should I choose? Is it possible to switch teh language to English? Which function makes factory reset?

This is a 测试报告, which means test report. I'm not too familiar with Lenovo/Android products, but are you sure there is no other way to go to recovery mode? The screen you shared does not resemble a proper recovery mode screen. It's basically a functionality test, highlighting which features work and which features not. The only option you can select is the last one, 返回, which means back to the previous screen.

In Android Settings there should be a Factory Reset option under Backup and Reset. You may have to search a bit for it. Post a screenshot here once you think you've found it. Here's what it looks like on my phone: Factory Reset is the bottom item.

 

(By the way, if you only want to change the system language to English, you can do that very easily on Android without a Factory Reset.)

Thank you. The problem is that I cannot boot into the system and thereby access the reset from there. I have to make the reset from safe boot only. I will check out that later.
