There's nothing to translate, as names don't change from one dialect to another, they'd still be the same characters. I believe what you're really asking for is the Hokkien pronunciation or romanization of 嘉诚 , *one* of which is 嘉 ka 誠 (traditional form of 诚) sêng according to the Taiwanese Dictionary at <http://ip194097.ntcu.edu.tw/ungian/soannteng/chil/Taihoa.asp>. (Got it from this thread in the non-Mandarin Chinese section of this website.) I don't know if those are the only pronunciations, nor that Taiwanese is the Hokkien sub-dialect you're looking for, nor the exact romanization system the above is using.
