At the request of the OP, I have edited out the random 10 digit number he or she posted and replaced it with another random 10 digit number. Which I suppose is a breach of the privacy of anyone who used to use that as a phone number, but...

I don't think so, there is only a 1 in 10,000,000,000 chance that this number will appear, which seems pretty random to me.
