To See or To Visit?

Recommended Posts

I am curious about the best way to say “to see” as in the idea of “to visit” in Mandarin.

Which parts of Beijing would you like to see?

--> What is the most natural way to ask this in Mandarin?

想去北京的哪些地方?
喜欢看见北京的哪些地方?

Of the choices you offered, I would pick the first one.

But I think 你想去看北京那些地方 sounds more natural.

Abc,

That’s great. Yes, I am looking for what sounds most natural in Mandarin.

I want to say,

Chinese New Years is Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years all rolled into one.

I’m not sure how to say the “all rolled into one” part. How to say that in Mandarin?
