Looking for electrical engineers in China

Hi! I'm trying to find out if there are any good regional or local message boards or chat rooms that are used by electrical engineers in China. Our company makes power management components and we just don't seem to be able to reach the audience we want with traditional advertising.

Anyone know where I can talk to a Chinese electrical engineer about where they hang out on the web?
