I was going to suggest you hire a qualified translator, but on closer inspection it seems you actually did hire two translators and they came up with different results. As far as I can tell (and I am not an expert in this vocabulary), both sets of translations look correct enough. Sometimes there just are different words for the same thing, or almost the same thing. This can vary by country, region, company or just per person.

Perhaps choose one translator and go over the list with them, asking why this word and not that one? Offer to pay for their time spent on this discussion.

How to determine which translator is (probably) best:

- Did either of them have a lot of experience in this field, either working in it or translating a lot in it?

- Did either of them ask you questions about the specific meaning of the words, or the context? Asking good questions is a good sign.

- Did you get either translation proofread/checked by another qualified translator?

石膏粉刷工 sounds to me like a plasterer, not a dryboard installer.

家具木工 sounds like a furniture maker, not specifically a cabinet maker.

撒粉器 is a sifter, not a dredger. Big difference!

"Decorator" in English can mean someone who plans interior decoration; in some places it can mean instead the workers who carry out interior decoration. So you need to be clear which meaning you want interpreted.

Thank you @889 for feedback.

@Lu I did hire two people. There are not too many people who are in construction  and provide translation as side gig :(
