I just talked with the mofcom office which is in my country. They said that the list will be update again.

...in my country they said by 15 August but its difficult to tell.  The also said they are almost done with the  Master's batch so they will soon release the PhD batch.

Hi All, I know there's a WhatsApp Group but WhatsApp is blocked in China. Let me know if any of you are interested in creating a WeChat group. WeChat is Whatsapp's Chinese version but more robust. If interested then download WeChat and send me your QR code! I've been to China twice already so might be able to advise newbies but also still waiting for my PhD application results!

@SezMe, you can still access WhatsApp and all cites blocked using VPN. The three times I have been to China, I used this one in particular https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.psiphon3. 

 

Of course, WeChat is also ideal most especially with the facility that allows you to pay for any shopping.
