Similarlly, 一套餐具 which means a set of cutlery/tableware/dishes. 一副象棋，一副筷子(chopsticks), 一副手套(gloves), 一副眼镜(glasses). You could find that 副 is supposed to measure those things composed by two similar parts. Quote
