I think you are better off leaving this relationship as she is not worth the time and money.  She is 51 years old, you mentioned that she is successful, so what's wrong with her paying some. I don't want to be harsh but she is straight up using you as a companion partner that buys her things.  Especially in Australia acting this way...find someone better that respect and appreciate you for your love.  She obviously doesn't, hope this helps...
