Which countries are you considering teaching in? The requirements vary widely from country to country.

As NinjaTurtle says.

If you want to teach private classes, you wouldn't need to even prove your Chinese skills.  If you want to teach in a British secondary school, you'll need a lot more than just an HSK.

In many places, you'll need more than a proficiency certificate (and not the HSK, since you're not considering China). If you want to teach in the US, you can start here. Private schools can do whatever they want so you might not need anything.

Doom Knight,

What level of students do you want to teach? Elementary school? University? Teach private lessons to businessmen?

Doom Knight,

First you need to check what qualifications are required to be just a regular elementary school teacher in either Portugal or Vietnam. Then you need to check what they require of a Chinese teacher in these schools.

You also need to check the job markets. Do they have such teachers? Do they need such teachers? Is there a big demand for such teachers? Is there a lot of competition for such jobs? If there is no demand for teachers in these schools, are there other schools which do have a demand for such teachers?
