International News with simplified subtitles

I don´t know if this is too much to ask for, but I´m looking for daily international news, with simplified subtitles. Does this thing exist anywhere? I am looking specifically for subtitles and not a transcript, as I find the subtitles more engaging.

Something interesting I have found is 《华人世界》 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNjUhlryWK0&t=1099s it has daily episodes I believe on CCTV, it's news about Chinese people over the world. It has subtitles. This is the closest I've found to what I am looking for, but still not exactly what I am looking for, I am not looking for news about China/Chinese people.

Anyone has found anything like this? Is this a lost case?

CCTV 13 has 環球視線 and 國際時訊 (or something like that, I closed the browser window and might not have the exact names.) Either of those any use?

Not quite an international news bulletin, but in the area:《深度国际》(official translation: Chinese Perspective).The program page (link below) gives you the broadcast times in the different sub-platforms of CCTV4 and an archive going back several years.

It has simplified Chinese subs and also, rather annoyingly, distracting English subs. Many of CCTV4's programs have subtitles, but not the news programs.

There's also an App (CBoxHD) for iPhone/iPad and non-Google Android.

 

CCTV4 中文国际 and other Chinese TV channels are also in You Tube (where you can vary the speech speed using Settings). CCTV4's official page is:

Yes I use this sometimes, youtube allows you to catch up up to 4 hours on a live broadcast, but the news I've seen there are a bit ridiculous (hours and hours of Xi JinPing), I was hoping for better luck with a channel maybe outside of China. NTD is average for watching yesterday's news https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxWZqUnvtDQ it doesn't necessarily cover the news  I am interested in , but in any case without subtitles it's a torture.  

I am so desperate to get my hands on content that is of interest to me that I might sacrifice the subtitles if the quality is there.

What news do you guys watch?! This shouldn't be so hard!

I watch the normal CCTV13 news, but only occasionally. I often use a Chinese Central TV app ( 央视新闻) for iPad. If not, I use this page:

Outside the news, it's not too hard to avoid Xi Jinping almost 100%. These are TV programs/series where I always find something to watch:

Yes this is what I'm looking for! Thank you so much! Unfortunately it doesn't have subtitles. I tried watching the story about the crocodiles and understood < 5%. Why the heck the video quality is 360p? What happened to all the  发展  they keep talking about?? It's a shame this is not on Youtube like CCTV 4!

Yes, ifeng is a mess.

 

I will stick to the CCTV13 program for now, I hope I will not fail miserably ! If another TV channel comes up lets write it here.
