Research for developing consumer seafood brand

Hello, I am currently developing a brand for a client in Australia and will be gong into China and I am looking for some info on a few things:

 

• Is the number 7 (and word seven) considered unlucky in China and do Chinese consumers care if/if not. I have read conflicting accounts online regarding this

• Are the colours red/gold considered cliche in China when consumers look at a brand, when that brand is representing overseas produce?

• Do Chinese consumers pay attention to logos designed as "seals of quality stamps"
