Are there any universities in China that have a sizeable winter session foreign language program?

I'm going to be in China for the winter and want to spend a few months studying in a university somewhere. Something like December to March would be perfect. Someone on reddit suggested ICLP in Taiwan; are there any others?

Chinese universities are typically out for most of January and February for winter break. Even if there are exceptions, I suspect the campus would be a ghost town as most Chinese students head home for the holidays.  I think your best bet might be a private, intensive course, not a university.  I know there is one in Hainan during the winter break that some friends of mine have attended in the past.
