translation help needed

Hi,

I'm trying to translate some notes from a engineering plan. What they're basically trying to do is trasfer some stuff from one side of a river to the other side with some cable-car.

I got stuck here with quite a few things I couldn't figure out completely. Any help would be great.

The text below is part of notes of the drawing, so there's not much context to add.

Here goes:

1) 过江车辆技术参数未知

硬质过架无法设计

I think I got the first part: - the technique of the car crossing is unknown

but what does 硬质过架 mean? Is it the unloading of the stuff off the car? how would I translate 架?

would 设计 here mean plan or design?

2) 三千千克无极绳 卷扬机减速器

???

3) 固定载重车加沙袋后下压重40千千克

Is it: the downward pressure of the fix load of the car together with the sandbags is 40 tons?

4) 车架前后加帮桩到达摩擦推动60千千克:

adding a supporting peg(?) at the car's 架 front and back , reaching friction force of..

Is this right?

I think the first part is the technological parameters of the vehicles that might cross the river are unknown.

According to my understanding, 硬质过架 looks like a typo. I think it might be 硬质钢架 (hard / converted steel structure) or 硬质支架 (hard pedestal) . So the whole sentence might be : Because the technological parameter of the vehicles that might cross the river are unknown, the converted steel structure / hard pedestal can’t be designed.

2) 三千千克无极绳 卷扬机减速器

无极绳：endless rope 卷扬机：winch 减速器: decelerator

3 tons of endless rope the winch with decelerator

3) 固定载重车加沙袋后下压重40千千克

Is it: the downward pressure of the fix load of the car together with the sandbags is 40 tons?

It might be: the downward weight of the vehicle with the fix load and added sandbags is 40 tons.

(I think the unity of pressure is G. (Newton).)

4) 车架前后加帮桩到达摩擦推动60千千克:

adding a supporting peg(?) at the car's 架 front and back , reaching friction force of..

Is this right?

车架: (might be) the frame of the cable car (Without seeing the drawings, I don’t know the exact meaning. )

帮桩: underbracing

So the sentence might be: Adding the underbracing before and after the frame of the cable car to reach the friction to push the weight of 60 tons.

I think you're very much right about it. It makes much more sence than I thought.

With your help and after a session with an engineer friend, I think things are pretty much clear now.
