Will I be able to apply to MBBS with an experience of one year of "Foundation course for Bachelors - Science"?

My grades are not very competitive and so someone told me that if I did well in the foundation course I will be able to apply to the MBBS program with competitive grades. Is it true?

Hi @DarkestLight, welcome to the forums! Why don't you tell us a bit more about yourself and your plans? Where are you studying now, or where have you been studying so far? How is your Chinese level? Is there a specific MBBS program you're planning to apply for? It's helpful to know more about you if someone here wants to help you.
