Popular Chinese video site with closed captions?

Hi! I'd like to know if there's any popular video sharing site in China that allows you to upload subtitles/closed captions for your videos, just like YouTube does. Thanks!

(I ask because I'm recording short stories in Spanish and sharing them on YouTube with CC for learners of Spanish. I know YouTube is not available in China, so...)
